RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days. 14 days for sale/outlet items from date of delivery. 

How to make a return 

A) Returns via courier Service

1) Pack the products

Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and ensure the original label is covered. Returns have to be sent to the following address: Kipling My Mall (Online Purchases), 285 Franklin Roosevelt, 3150 Limassol. 

2) Drop the products or hand them to the carrier

Drop your return into any available ACS Courier collection point locations or wait for carrier pick-up on the proposed date. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return.

3) Wait for return and refund

When your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse, you will see the refund directly in your Bank account. Please have in mind that the refund can take up to 10 business days to show in your account.

B) Returns at any Official Kipling store in Cyprus 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return at any of the Official Kipling stores in Cyprus (Kipling store at Nicosia Mall, Kipling store at Metropolis Mall Larnaca  & Kipling store at My Mall Limassol) within 30 days (14 days for sale or outlet products).

Products can be exchanged at the shop, if you wish a refund, it will appear in your account within 10 business days.

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days (14 for sale/outlet products) of delivery of the Products and get a refund.

This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

You may:

(a) either use  withdrawal form as defined in the Law,

(b) or make any other clear statement showing your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The consumer bears the burden of proving  proof of exercising the right of withdrawal.

Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition. 

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed.

Legal guarantee for faulty goods

In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) guarantee for product faults. A product is “faulty” if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

You can return faulty Products within 2 years of your receipt of the products and get it replaced or fixed, as applicable by showing proof of purchase.
